1920s Bavarian china decorative multicolor floral bowl - IPF German porcelain - romantic decor

Vintage bowl with painted roses on a rich multicolor background made in Germany sometime between 1903-1930. Art nouveau styling with metallic gold flowers dividing petal shaped scallops. Graceful and elegant, with a true vintage Bavarian feel.

Marked IPF Germany; likely produced by the Illmenau Porcelain Factory.

Background colors of forest green, gold, violet and burgundy highlights white and deep pink roses.

SIZE Bowl measures 9.25" in diameter x 2.25" tall.

CONDITION Very good. There is some wear on the gold and the painted surfaces, also flaws in the painting of the background that leave small white lines. There are a few small discolorations on the white outside of the bowl.
