Vintage Rubber Pixie Elf Shelf Sitter Hong Kong 1950s 1960s Christmas Figure Waving Green Red Knee Bent Figurine

$22.00

Cheerful little vintage Christmas pixie elf, made entirely of molded rubber and stamped "Hong Kong" on the back, likely from the 1950s–1960s. Sitting on your shelf or mantel, he'll bring a mid-century dime-store holiday vibe to your home.

He's posed as a shelf sitter: one leg extended straight, the other bent at the knee, one hand resting on his hip and the other raised in a wave. He's dressed in a green pixie suit with a red ruffled collar, white cuffs, and white trim at the ankles. His black boots are each finished with a tiny red pompom, and on his head is a pointed green hat topped with a red pompom. His red hair peeks out from under the hat both in front (bangs) and in back.

This playful guy makes a great gift for a vintage Christmas or knee-hugger/pixie elf collector.

SIZE Measures 3.5" tall to the top of his hat.

CONDITION Very good vintage condition. No surface crazing, nicks, or fading. Very minor paint loss on his ruffled collar. His left eye appears to have been given an extra paint-dot sparkle. A few stray paint spots on the back may be manufacturing flaws.

This is a vintage item. It has been used and loved and has a history. Please check out the photos carefully and ask questions. We want you to love your elf.
