Vintage Sexton USA Metal Cat Wall Art Set of 3 Woodgrain MCM Siamese Atomic

Vintage 1960s set of three Sexton USA cast aluminum wall cats in the elongated, side-glancing Siamese-cat design. Woodgrain-finish body with gold-tone collar detail. Cast metal construction, each piece fitted with its original wall-mount hanger on the back. 

Sexton cats are sometimes used as a base for repainting/customizing.  A popular trend is turning them into colorful "space cat" wall art with added helmets and antennae  - a quick online search will show you some great inspiration.

All three pieces are stamped on the back with SEXTON, the C-in-circle mark, and USA. The large piece is additionally stamped "XX."

• Large: 19.5" — tail curves on left side of body
• Medium: 14 3/4" — tail curves on right side of body
• Small: 13 3/4" — tail curves on left side of body

CONDITION - Structurally very sturdy, but these sleek kitties have been around, and bear paint loss and scratches to show for it.
