Van Horn Silk-Feel Square Scarf - Patchwork Leopard Print, Red Border - 35" - 1980s Vintage
Bold, saturated color leopard print patchwork design that is pure 1980s confidence. Large square scarf by Van Horn jewel tones, cobalt blue, emerald green, magenta, purple, and burgundy, set against a vivid red border with a subtle tone-on-tone paisley weave. A crisp white inner frame separates the center field from the border. The fabric has the drape and sheen of silk, but there is no fiber label present.
Van Horn was a 70s and 80s maker of high quality accessories, the signature appears printed in the lower right corner of the design. The majority of their scarves were silk and imported from Japan, however we have no tag to confirm that.
