Italian pottery floral fruit bowl - vintage pottery
Vintage Italian hand painted round fruit bowl with crimped rim. A sky and white blue bowl with a textured bumpy finish, glazed through out, featuring three yellow flowers in center with gold, green and teal accents. Marked Italy 73/28 in gold on the base.
Age is uncertain. This was unearthed in a dusty old attic, where it had been relegated no doubt because it had varnish or shellac plops in the center that blissfully floated off with water. Could be antique.
SIZE. 11 1/4" dia x 3" tall
CONDITION Good. Hairline crack or glaze mark around inside center which you can feel but cannot see on backside, possibly crazing. Small chip on edge.
